Cotton Candy and Caricatures Party Package: $1,300 - 2 Hours
Get some sweet snacks AND colored caricatures drawn for your upcoming event! This Partnership features the incredible “Pirouette Cloud Candy”, a mobile Candy and Snack Catering service owned by, Idalis Lopez. Her services are full of delicious goodies, ranging from cotton candy, popcorn, fruit popsicles, lemonade, and more! Have your guests try these fantastic treats while getting a fun and fast caricature done.

Pirouette Cloud Candy Mobile Snack Catering Services
Option 1: The Candy and Corn Party Package UNLIMITED COTTON CANDY & POPCORN service includes a White Elegant Chariot Cart to serve cotton candy and a separate popcorn station.
Option 2: The Candy & Popsicle Package UNLIMITED COTTON CANDY & limited POPSICLES Service includes a White Elegant Chariot Cart and a separate Popsicle cart station.
Jonathan Draws You, Caricature Artist Service
Full colored 11x17 caricatures
Time: 6 minutes per person
Amount: 10 people drawn per hour (20 people or more for this package)
Able to draw up to 9 people at a time (plastic sleeves will be provided for each drawing)

A free 15-minute complementary caricature session. This will be right before the scheduled time, enough for 2 honorary guests to get drawn before the line starts (only given upon request)

Please provide 3 chairs (no table needed)
Must provide at least 7x7ft of space in a well-lit, well sheltered area where attendees can see us
A working outlet must be available for the cotton candy machine
If the event is outside of Houston, a travel fee will be included to the remaining deposit, starting at $35 and up. However, we will notify you if this is the case!

All other materials will be provided (with the exception of three chairs for the caricature artist)
We will arrive 15-45 minutes prior to scheduled time for setup
A non-refundable 40% deposit fee is required when you book us for the event. Full payment is due at least a week prior. An invoice will be sent out immediately with a payment method available in case you would like to finish your payment early
If you need us to stay past our scheduled time, another hourly fee will be required and paid before we leave
Cancellations that occur within 7 days or less, prior to the event are non-refundable

Custom Celebration Package ($100–$820)

Large Digital Caricature Portrait: (18x24) - $60 or (24x36) - $80
Have a fun way for guests to sign a large portrait of the honoree. This makes a great keepsake and allows the party guests to engage by leaving words of encouragement. This will be printed on a foam board.
Caricature Printouts for Kids (Digital File or Printed Copies - $20 - $50
Are you having a coloring station for fun kid activities? Get a colorless digital caricature emailed or printed and mailed directly to you. This way, you don't have to worry about printing them yourself! Up to two people only
Caricature Stickers (3” x 3”): $55-$500 QTY: 30 - 500
Get amazing stickers of the birthday boy/girl, bride and groom, high school/college graduate or Baby Shower couple. Perfect for leaving a fun little touch for everyone at the celebration
Special Branded Paper - Starting at $18 (Must Book a Caricature Service to Receive this)
If you have a caricature session at your event, you may choose to get your event name or logo printed on each page (standard printing paper 8.5x11" or 11x17 which is the next size bigger). You also request to receive a PDF emailed to you. That way you may print as many copies as you’d like for me to use at your event. Guests will remember this special day for years to come!

Honorary Caricature Lanyards: $20 (1 Person) - $30 (2 People)
Get a 4x6 Colored Digital Caricature of the party's amazing guest! This will be given as a lanyard for the honoree to make his or her special day even more special. This exclusive touch makes for a unique caricature to show off to everyone! Up to two people will receive this!

Fill Out the Package Form at least 4 weeks prior to your event date for your order to be considered
All orders will be delivered to your mailing address (I do not need to be at your event for this service)
All Items will be delivered to you at least one week before your event

If you order 4 or more of the options provided, you will be reimbursed 15% of your total!

Delivery Policy
Digital Items: All digital files will be emailed directly to you.
Printed Items: All physical items will be mailed to your provided address. You will receive a tracking number for your shipment.
In Case of Delay: If your items have not arrived on time for any reason, please notify me immediately so I can address the issue.
Changes After Submission
You may request up to two minor changes to your order after submission.
However, changes may not be possible depending on the stage of completion.
I will notify you if adjustments cannot be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive a 50% refund of the package price.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances on my part prevent me from fulfilling the order, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your order.
